I am on day 3 of this 30 day yoga challenge and have enjoyed it so far. The first 3 practices have included enough core work that I haven't felt the need to do any planks since I began.
These are the usual yoga practice I do (all free real time YouTube videos):
That was my favorite one for awhile! I've now done 8 days of the 30 day yoga challenge (first link) and I'm enjoying the routines but I don't think I'd do them if I was running right now - they are more of a workout than I usually want from my yoga.
I switched over to doing the yoga routines on the Peloton app now (before finishing the 30 days), because the 30 day challenge I was doing is free on YouTube but the Peloton app is only free for 90 days! I do the power yoga when I want a little workout and yoga flow when I want more of a stretch.
I tried the yoga for tight hamstrings and really enjoyed it!

DeleteI love the 30 day challenges. That makes sense, I prefer more stretching yoga than workout yoga when I'm seriously training.
